Returns
30-day returns
Unopened collection fragrances may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The bottle must be sealed and in its original packaging.
Custom Signature blends
Because every Signature perfume is blended personally to your formula, custom blends cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
How to start a return
Email service@jazperfume.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
